Mountain Vineyard Tomato is a hybrid, grape tomato variety that produces loads of some of the best-tasting cherry tomatoes we've ever had! This variety has the "crimson gene," which gives it a dark red color and makes it rich in lycopene. Lycopene is a plant nutrient that has many antioxidant properties that help to reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer.

Mountain Vineyard Tomato fruits grow on compact, indeterminate vines that require a trellis, but not to the extent that traditional indeterminate varieties do. The plants will benefit from heavy pruning early. The fruits are dark red without any yellowing around the stem end.
